Copperstate Cabinet Company was founded in 1971 by Frank Dombrowski and Carmel Gatt, setting their sights on a fairly undeveloped Phoenix, AZ they built a shop in the heart of Phoenix. Having the desire to deliver services to those with exquisite taste, Copperstate teamed up with the most premier builders Arizona had to offer. Over the years Copperstate has built up a reputation of delivering old world craftsmanship, superior hand applied finishes and superlative customer servie. In 2007, Tim Dombrowski purchased Copperstate from his father, Frank. Being a second generation cabinet builder, Tim is committed to continuing in his father’s footsteps, keeping the same quality of product and customer service. Tim has taken Copperstate to a new level in state of the art technology and technique, incorporating CAD, automated saws and a new series of antique glazed finishes. Frank Dombrowski, born in Detroit, Michigan, graduated from the University of Detroit with a BS in Business Administration. Prior to moving to Arizona, Frank was the Vice President of IBC Products, an Aerospace Machine Shop. In 1971 Frank moved to Arizona and with a partner purchased Copperstate Cabinet Company. Frank has been devoted to making Copperstate one of the leading cabinet companies in Arizona. Perfection is just a portion of what Frank wanted to offer, quality product and equally important substance is exceptional customer service. The same devotion put into the company Frank also had towards his family, being active with his children in sports and business. Frank was the President for the National Kitchen Bath Association (NKBA) for two years, during which time they became a National Charter Member. Frank was also the Boys & Girls Club director for thirteen years and also a member of the Scottsdale Charros, which he is now a Lifetime Member.
Tim Dombrowski, virtually an Arizona native, moved to Arizona in 1971 when his dad started up Copperstate Cabinet Co. Tim attended Brophy College Prepartory high school and furthered his studies at Northern Arizona University, graduating with a Bachelors degree. After graduating, Tim went into the biomedical research field for seven years before wanting to carry on his father’s legacy at Copperstate. In 2007, Tim purchased the company from his father and is now the president and sole owner of Copperstate.
Along with his wife, Tim is exceptionally active in their kids sports, dance and schools. Tim is a community leader involving himself with his church, coaching and a member of the Scottsdale Charros. When he can, Tim finds time to enjoy horseback riding, skiing and a number of outdoor activities with family and friends.
Anne Hartsell was born and raised in Norway, moving to the USA in 1993. Having started her study of business in Norway, Anne continued in California and in Arizona, receiving a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With over twenty years work experience Anne has organized the front end of Copperstate to run smoothly and professionally offering you a warm welcome.
Anne is involved with several activities in her church, all while devoting herself to her husband and three children. Reading, cooking and gardening are the interests she partakes in to balance her life with a charming attitude.

Sharakk Wood, born in Akron, Ohio has been in Arizona and with Copperstate most of his life. Sharakk started with Copperstate while in high school and is now one of the most talented finishers in the business. He has the hand of an artist and an uncompromising talent for perfection.
Sharakk is not only committed to his work, but also to his wife and five children. He and his family stay active by hiking the many mountainous preserves Arizona has to offer.
Paul Cancik has been working with Copperstate for over 16 years combined time, holding nearly every position in the company; working his way to shop foreman. With a custom home superintendent background, Paul possess the skills to organize and efficiently manage your project, once released to the shop, all the way to installation.
Paul is married with two children who he spends most of his free time with, but on occasion you can catch him swinging a club on the golf course, fishing or playing league softball.
