Frank Dombrowski, born in Detroit, Michigan, graduated from the University of Detroit with a BS in Business Administration. Prior to moving to Arizona, Frank was the Vice President of IBC Products, an Aerospace Machine Shop. In 1971, Frank moved to Arizona and, with a partner purchased Copperstate Cabinet Company.

He devoted his career to making Copperstate one of the leading cabinet companies in Arizona. Perfection is just a portion of what Frank wanted to offer, quality product and equally important substance is exceptional customer service. The same devotion put into the company Frank also had towards his family, being active with his children in sports and business.

Frank was the President for the National Kitchen Bath Association (NKBA) for two years, during which time they became a National Charter Member. Frank was also the Boys & Girls Club director for 13 years and also a member of the Scottsdale Charros, which he is now a Lifetime Member.

Tim Dombrowski - Owner

Tim Dombrowski, virtually an Arizona native, moved to Arizona in 1971 when his dad started up Copperstate Cabinet Company. Tim attended Brophy College Preparatory high school, furthering his studies at Northern Arizona University and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.

After graduating, Tim went into the biomedical research field for seven years before wanting to carry on his father’s legacy at Copperstate. In 2007, Tim purchased the company from his father and is now the president and sole owner.

Along with his wife, Tim is exceptionally active in their kids’ sports, dance and schools. A community leader, he is involved with his church, coaching, and is a member of the Scottsdale Charros. When possible, Tim finds time to enjoy horseback riding, skiing, and a number of outdoor activities with family and friends.

Anne Hartsell - Office Manager

Anne Hartsell was born and raised in Norway, moving to the U.S. in 1993. Having started her study of business in Norway, Anne continued in California and Arizona, receiving a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With over 20 years of experience, she has organized the front end of Copperstate to run smoothly and professionally, offering you a warm welcome.

Anne is involved with several activities in her church, all while devoting herself to her husband and three children. Her interests include reading, cooking and gardening as ways to balance her life with her engaging personality and charming attitude.

Tim Wing - Lead Designer

Our Design Team is led by Tim Wing. Born in Sheboygan, WI and raised in Phoenix, AZ Tim has always had a passion for cabinets. Tim has been with Copperstate Cabinet Company since 2004. He spent 10 years mastering his craft before he took over design in 2014. He has a great eye for detail and functionality.

When he is not designing dream spaces for our clients, you can find him spending time with his children. Tim is a dedicated father of four. He enjoys the gym and camping, among other things.

Sharakk Wood - Lead Finisher

Sharakk Wood, born in Akron, Ohio has been in Arizona and with Copperstate most of his life. Sharakk started with the company while in high school and is now one of the most talented finishers in the business. He has the hand of an artist and an uncompromising talent for perfection.

Sharakk is not only committed to his work, but also to his wife and five children. He and his family stay active by hiking the many mountainous preserves Arizona has to offer.

Paul Cancik - Project Manager/Customer Service

Paul Cancik has been working with Copperstate for over 20 years, holding nearly every position in the company, eventually working his way to be a Project Manager and Customer Service Representative. With a custom home superintendent background, Paul possesses the skills to organize and efficiently manage each project—once released to the shop—all the way through installation.

Paul is married with two children with who he spends most of his free time, but on occasion, you can catch him teeing up on the golf course, fishing or playing league softball.

Jadeon Wood - Shop Forman

Jaedon Wood was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the second generation in Copperstate as his dad has worked with the company for over 30 years. Jaedon started with Copperstate as a driver and quickly developed and honed his skills in cabinetry milling and construction. Jaedon has worked his way to shop foreman and saw/CNC person.

Along with enjoying time at the lake playing and fishing, Jaedon has two children that also keep him busy.
