Matt Coffey - Owner
With years of experience leading a construction company specializing in custom, elite homes, Matt brings a wealth of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit to Copperstate Cabinet Company. His passion for craftsmanship and dedication to quality guides every project, as he leads a skilled team committed to creating beautifully crafted cabinetry and millwork.
Equally important to him is delivering exceptional customer service—ensuring every client feels supported, heard, and confident throughout the design and build process.
Beyond the workshop, Matt treasures time with his wife and family and finds inspiration in the great outdoors. His blend of professional mastery, leadership, and personal values ensures that every piece from Copperstate Cabinet Company reflects both precision and heart.
Frank Dombrowski - Founder
Frank Dombrowski, born in Detroit, Michigan, graduated from the University of Detroit with a BS in Business Administration. Prior to moving to Arizona, Frank was the Vice President of IBC Products, an Aerospace Machine Shop. In 1971, Frank moved to Arizona and, with a partner purchased Copperstate Cabinet Company.
He devoted his career to making Copperstate one of the leading cabinet companies in Arizona. Perfection is just a portion of what Frank wanted to offer, quality product and equally important substance is exceptional customer service.
